Our client are a leading travel agency recruiting for a Head of IT or IT Manager to lead their IT team.

Responsibilities

• Develop Japan IT strategy.
• Lead & manage Japan IT team (currently more than 10 staff).
• Oversee IT projects and system enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Maintain IT management policies and standards.
• Align IT governance with local and global policies.
• Ensure quality service in daily IT operations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee annual IT budget and resources.
• Maintain IT business continuity plans.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in IT management.
• Project management experience.
• Leadership skills.
• Skills in advanced analytics and data management.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, data security, and compliance.
• Experience in vendor management (highly preferred).
• Travel industry experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of card payment systems (preferred).
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
