Currently recruiting for a Head of Finance position to support the rapid growth of our client in the consulting industry, particularly in Japan. This role will manage the internal finance team, maintain compliance with Japanese regulations, and provide business insights to senior management.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior leadership role in a major company with global reach.

主な職務内容:

• 様々な事業部門とエンティティの財務報告書の作成。
• 会計プロセスとシステムの改善の実施。
• 予算、予測、年度末の締め、および法定税務申告の取り扱い。
• 財務チームの指導と研修。
• 売掛金最適化の実施とプロジェクトの収益性のレビューの管理。
• 運営の一貫性のための事業部門リーダーや他の部署との連携。
• 毎月の財務概要と収益性分析の準備。

応募資格:

• 会計における最低10年の経験。
• 日本語の堪能さ；英語の高いスキル。
• 学士号。
• リーダーシップ能力を有する。
• スタートアップや多文化的な環境での経験が望ましい。
• ERP（NetSuite）と一般的なPCスキルへの習熟があれば尚良し。
