Our client are global med device manufacturer, recruiting a Vice President for Enterprise Cybersecurity Governance.

You'll oversee global cybersecurity strategies to protect global operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop / implement company-wide cybersecurity strategy.
• Align cybersecurity with other corporate risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with global senior leadership / board members.
• Drive and monitor cybersecurity execution globally.
• Update policies based on business needs and threats.
• Lead cyber crisis management and SIRT activities.
• Develop and manage cyber BCP/BCM.
• Assess external threats and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 13+ years in cybersecurity management.
• 8+ years in enterprise security strategy.
• Leadership / management experience.
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
• Experience in incident response and forensics.
• CISSP certification (preferred).
• Life sciences or medical device industry background (preferred)
