Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
・ This individual will need to feel comfortable managing the entire sale process from cold calling to final presentation including presentation material development, DDQ process, and adhoc questions; but will also benefit from a strong investment management team and overall support system of the firm
・ Skills and ability to articulate clearly and credibly a number of distinct investment processes, as well as, to proactively identify new fund product opportunities and market trends
・ Sound technical skills as well as the intellectual flexibility to quickly grasp new products
・ Skills and ability to appropriately translate materials and other communications between Japanese and English
Qualifications and Backgrounds:
・ A successful track record of 7+ years of capital raising, sales, marketing, and/or client service experience within the asset management or financial industry with clear exposure to alternative investments; experience in selling real estate investment management products strongly preferred
・ Broad investment knowledge encompassing alternative strategies, ideally deep experience in private and public real estate
