Responsibilities

• • Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Drive the property management strategy and lead customer experience initiatives
  • Establish and meet performance goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Report to the COO and board of directors, providing data-driven insights and updates

Qualifications

• • Strategic vision coupled with the ability to make data-informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrable experience in finance, including budget management and P&L comprehension
  • At least 3 years of senior management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in managing multicultural teams
  • Proficiency in the Japanese language or experience in managing non-native English speakers
