職務内容

• チームと連携し、事業戦略を設定、実施。
• 財務データとビジネストレンドを分析。
• 企業目標に合った予算と計画を作成。
• データに基づいたビジネス課題の解決策を提供。
• コスト管理と生産性の向上。
• 資本効率の向上とビジネスプロセスの改善。
• 高度なレポーティングシステムの設置、管理。
• 管理会計用のダッシュボードを作成。
• IPO対応と内部統制に協力。
• ESGおよびTCFD活動、ERPシステム設定の支援。

応募資格

• FP&Aの業務経験が3年以上。
• 財務会計および管理会計に強いスキル。
• チーム協力のための優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
