FP&A Manager - Sports Apparel Company (11-13m)

This is a stand-alone FP&A Manager position for a growing international company in the sports apparel industry. The company is seeking a candidate with consumer goods FP&A experience.

The company has a flexible working style and is at around 40 people in the Japan office.

Job Description

• Lead brand performance review and provide insightful financial analysis
• Lead the short and long term strategic business and financial outlook for budgeting and forecasting
• Lead opening of the brand's opening of retail stores
• Lead brand online and B2B channel KPI determination and follow up
• Be the bridge between Japan and APAC regional team and provide insightful analysis as required and implement changes as necessary

The Successful Applicant

• Japanese fluency and Business-level English
• 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance + 3+ years of FP&A experience
• CPA a plus
• Budget management experience a big plus
• An interest in fashion or outdoor activities is a plus
