Responsibilities:

• - Provide financial insights.
• - Manage budgeting processes.
• - Collaborate with global HQ.
• - Track budgets and forecasts; identify risks and opportunities.
• - Assist with internal and external audits
• - Ensure compliance with accounting and tax rules.
• - Support directors and management in setting up effective internal controls.

Qualifications:

• - At least 5 years of experience in finance function.
• - Experience in consumer goods and/or retail.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
