Our client are a leader in FMCG and Consumer Healthcare, recruiting an FP&A Manager.

You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, providing vital insights to support top management.

Key Responsibilities

• - Lead on changes & improvements to FP&A processes.
• - Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes
• - Identify risks and opportunities in SG&A to improve forecast accuracy.
• - Analyzing financial metrics like Gross Profit and SG&A.
• - Lead P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow planning with franchise controllers and regional FP&A teams.
• - Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

Qualifications

• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
• - 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• - Experience in multinational companies (preferred)
• - Experience in Consumer Goods (preferred).
• - Knowledge of reporting tools like SAP, OneStream, Tableau, and BI dashboards (preferred).
