We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager for a global retailer's finance team in Tokyo. You will lead financial planning and analysis across various brands and departments, providing insights to improve business performance. 主な業務内容：

財務分析の策定と管理、ブランドごとの詳細な分析を実施
予算編成と予測業務を主導し、ビジネス目標に合致させる
日次、月次、四半期ごとの販売レポートを作成し、関係者に提供
ERPシステムの導入プロジェクトに参加し、ワークフローの改善に努める
取締役会用の資料作成と議事録管理
Power BIを活用して、報告の質を確保し、プロセスを最適化する
在庫管理と収益性分析、価格設定および製品構成の分析を実施

応募資格：

金融または会計学の学士号以上を取得していること
FP&A、会計、または金融部門で5年以上の実務経験（有形商品セクターでの経験が望ましい）
チームの管理スキル
Excelの上級スキルおよびMicrosoft Power Suiteの使用経験
ERPシステムの知識があれば尚可
ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚良し
CPA資格があれば尚可
実務に積極的に取り組めるマネージャー
優れた対人能力とチームワークスキル
ビジネス戦略と分析に興味がある方
マルチタスク能力、プレッシャー下での優先順位付けができる方
