Our client are a leader in MLM / Consumer Goods, seeking an FP&A Manager. You will direct financial planning and analysis activities, critical for the company's market strategy in Japan. Our client offers extremely generous salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
• Implement and monitor a 5-year growth strategy.
• Analyze business data and report on pre and post-promotional activities.
• Develop the annual budget and manage monthly forecast processes.
• Ensure accuracy in Monthly MMB forecasting.
• Work with internal teams to improve financial performance and member experience.
• Evaluate capital projects and marketing initiatives, ensuring policy compliance and return on investment.
• Assess financial impact of investments in coordination with departmental teams.

Qualifications:

• Solid background in financial planning and analysis.
• CPA qualification (preferred).
• Business-level English communication ability.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
• Ability to handle budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with precision.
• Experience in working with teams to meet financial and operational objectives.
• Detail-oriented, especially in assessing financial projects and investments.
