FP&A Lead (Consumer Healthcare) FP&Aリーダー

Our client in the consumer health industry is looking for an FP&A Lead. This role is part of the finance team and involves financial planning, reporting, and coordination of strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial closing cycles and compare actual figures to budgets and forecasts.
• Identify and manage financial risks, especially in SG&A costs.
• Work on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow planning.
• Improve forecast accuracy to prevent business issues.
• Make changes to FP&A processes in line with upcoming business reorganization.
• Maintain a culture focused on compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Knowledge of software tools such as SAP, TM1, and Tableau.
• Strong skills in analysis, IT, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance.
• Basic English communication ability.
• Previous work in multinational corporations (preferred)
