This role is crucial for helping the leadership streamline operations and reach strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the Financial Controller and various teams to create strong financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead efforts to simplify and improve financial processes, ensuring they meet company and global standards.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to manage inventory processes, and analyze gross margin and COGS accurately.
- Identify risks and opportunities, maintaining strict control over profit and loss, capital spending, and balance sheets.
- Maintain a detailed database of financial metrics to support decision-making.
- Ensure all financial reports meet global standards, in collaboration with internal and external auditors.

• 内部および外部監査人と協力し、すべての財務報告がグローバル基準を満たしていることを確認します。

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in financial planning and analysis in the retail sector, ideally in luxury goods.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with different teams.
- Excellent English communication skills; Japanese language skills are a plus.
