What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven enterprise solutions
- Architect and build scalable production systems using LLMs and intelligent agent frameworks
- Design and deploy custom AI agents tailored to business needs
- Define data models and integration strategies across complex environments
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients
- Solve complex technical challenges throughout implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior engineers
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering production-grade software solutions
- Strong proficiency in at least one language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Solid understanding of enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)
- Experience in technical leadership or solution architecture
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
