Our client is searching for a Fixed Income Sales Specialist.

The suitable candidate will have the opportunity to formulate distribution strategies and provide solutions directly for large Japanese institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement distribution strategies for financial products/services.
• Analyze the financial status of large Japanese institutions and devise suitable solutions.
• Advise clients on financially sound decisions.
• Develop and sustain client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market research.
• Adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with trading and syndication desks on cross-border initiatives.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the financial industry.
• Proven success in distribution roles.
• Ability to analyze market trends and formulate insights.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Possession of a current JSDA certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance (preferred).
• Japanese communication ability.
