Our client in the industrial gases sector is seeking a Finance Senior Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about strategic planning and analysis.

As the Finance Senior Manager, you will lead a team of three accounting professionals and report to the APAC Controller in Singapore. You will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and improving operational efficiencies at two manufacturing plants in Saitama.

主要業務内容：

• 長期的な財務計画と予算の作成・管理
• コスト比較や差異チェックを含む財務分析の実施
• 月次、四半期、および年次の財務報告書を米国本社に提供
• 地元の税務申告や企業要件の対応
• APAC財務コントローラーおよび地域の経営陣との密接な連携
• Oracleシステムの導入と管理により財務業務の改善
• 戦略的なビジネス選択を支援する財務プロジェクトのリード

応募資格：

• 会計学の学士以上の学位
• 製造業環境での経験
• 日本および米国の会計基準（GAAP）、地元の税法に関する知識
• OracleおよびHyperionに関する知識があれば尚可
• 強い英語でのコミュニケーション能力
• 高度なExcelスキルと自主的、独立した作業スタイル
• プレッシャーの中でも良好に業務を遂行し、継続的な改善に焦点を合わせる能力
