Finance Manager - WFH/Flexwork/Up to 15M

A global, science-led skincare company with a presence in over 100 countries is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations in Japan. The company is known for its biology-based innovation and sustainable approach to skin health and beauty.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.

• Analyze business performance and support strategic decision-making.

• Manage accounting, tax, audits, and internal controls.

• Guide and develop the local finance team.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Strong FP&A and Accounting knowledge

• Experience with inventory management & stock accounting.

• Fluent in Japanese; business-level English required.

• Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus.

• Experience in SAP, or other financial tools is a plus.
