Our client, a company in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Finance Manager/ADOF based in Kobe, open to candidates from non-hospitality backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations and processes
- Manage accounts receivable and payable accurately
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and manage cash flow for liquidity
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
- Lead and support the finance team
- Foster collaboration with other departments for financial reporting
- 2+ years in finance management
- Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Nissho Boki Level 2 or higher
- Experience with auditing and tax filing is preferred but not mandatory
- CPA/USCPA certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluency in Japanese and business English
- Experience in hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
