Our client are a growing entertainment company in entertainment, recruiting a Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all finance activities (incl. reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis).
• Lead & manage finance team members.
• Implement best practices and processes for efficiency.
• Oversee the finance, management / statutory account reports.
• Conduct financial analysis; provide strategy recommendatons.
• Ensure compliance (both internal controls and local regulations).
• Collaborate with internal leadership, global finance team, and external vendors / auditors.

Qualifications:

• Experience in finance management.
• Team leadership skills.
• Understanding of local and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
• Experience in the entertainment or attractions industry (preferred, but not mandatory).
