• Develop and implement financial and management accounting strategies.
• Collaborate closely with executive management and department heads.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with property owners
• Handle special management projects to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial management.
• Experience within the hotel / hospitality industry (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
• Japanese language fluency.
