Finance Business Partner, FMCG (Hybrid Remote Work OK!)

Our client are a multinational FMCG maker, recruiting a Finance Business Partner. You'll support sales and business unit forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

Our client offers flexible / remote / hybrid work options.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead and improve net sales forecasting, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• - Provide support for revenue management, deal analysis, access strategy, and financial impacts of business segments.
• - Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to senior leadership.
• - Meet regularly with key stakeholders to understand market dynamics and address business unit challenges.
• - Work with Trade Revenue Management; optimize trade terms and integrate business mix into sales assumptions.
• - Build new reporting processes and update existing ones.

Qualifications:

• - 5 years relevant experience in finance / accounting
• - Experience in FMCG / consumer goods.
• - CPA (preferred)
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
