• Deep knowledge of both Japanese and international fashion markets
• Native Japanese speaker with professional English proficiency
• Experience in luxury fashion retail, appraisal, or curation
• Strong familiarity with fashion brands and trends, especially in bags
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Japan
• Strong computer and digital communication skills
