Responsibilities:
Providing secretarial support to the CEO and Director (2 people)
- Diary management including organizing meetings
- Function as a liaison with internal and external contacts
- Organize travels and prepare itineraries
- Create various business report and presentation
- Support the analysis of business data and KPIs when necessary
- Manage and review filing and office system
- Plan and organize internal events
- Draft communications for both internal and external
- Support Admin, HR, and Finance application in local system
- Support the meeting by translation when necessary
Requirements:
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Minimum of 5 years of EA experience
- Experience in retail, luxury and fashion is a plus
