Our client are a global leader in the chemical industry, recruiting an experienced APAC Senior HR Manager to lead human resources operations across the Asia-Pacific region.
It is a senior leadership role, with commensurate salary & benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop & lead regional HR strategy.
 - - Align local strategies for each geography.
 - - Lead talent acquisition efforts across multiple countries and manage senior-level recruitment.
 - - Oversee payroll services and manage local labor trade unions.
 - - Lead HR change management.
 - - Employee engagement
 - - Leadership coaching
 - - HR budget management.
 - - Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives.
 - - Participate actively in the APAC Leadership Team.
 
Qualifications:
- - 10-15 years of HR leadership experience
 - - HR experience in global organizations (preferred).
 - - Experience working for a chemical company (preferred).
 - - Extensive knowledge of Japanese labor laws (familiarity with other APAC territories such as Taiwan and China also preferred).
 - - Experience in talent management, change management, and organizational psychology.
