Event Specialist (Global FMCG) - Entry-level role!

A global leader in health / FMCG products are looking for an Event Specialist. You'll take a major role in planning and managing events - both online and offline

This is a great chance to take on an entry-level role at a global company, gain leadership experience, and broaden your skillset.

Key Responsibilities

• - Assist in planning and managing online, offline, and hybrid events.
• - Act as the main contact during events, including drafting RFPs.
• - Gather photos and text, and coordinate with vendors for video production.
• - Update social media platforms like Facebook and YouTube with event information.
• - Request event posters and flyers from designers.
• - Prepare for international events, conduct site visits, and manage operations on event days.

Qualifications:

• - Experience in event planning / management.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
• - Experience presenting at seminars (preferred).
• - Experience in the travel industry, such as a travel agent or tour conductor (preferred).
