Event Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to plan and manage events for major international IT companies.

You will be responsible for all aspects of event planning and execution. This role provides a chance to enhance your project management skills in a fast-paced environment, working with top international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute event strategies that meet client goals and stay within budget.
- Serve as the main contact for major international IT clients.
- Manage large-scale events with over 50,000 attendees, using both in-person and online formats.
- Work with partner companies to ensure smooth event production and delivery.
- Lead all phases of event planning and execution to ensure successful outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in producing B2B events, press conferences, exhibitions, and video productions.
- Strong project management skills, especially in planning and sales, within an advertising agency.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English is highly beneficial.

- 特に広告代理店での企画と営業における強力なプロジェクト管理スキル。
- 日本語と英語の両方に堪能であることが非常に有益です。
