Our client is a leading global IT software company specializing in ERP solutions. With strong growth potential and a commitment to innovation, they are dedicated to helping businesses optimize their operations through their advanced software systems.

They are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects with their customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing ERP projects in a global environment and possess strong leadership skills. Native-level Japanese proficiency is a must, as you will collaborate closely with their Japanese-speaking clients and teams.

• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and support staff, to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity on project status and requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and project management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with ERP implementation.
• Proven experience managing ERP projects in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency; fluency in English is a plus.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
