Specialized Group is recruiting an Enterprise Resource Planning Architect for a global client in the FMCG / consumer goods industry. The role involves taking leadership over ERP systems. This is an opportunity to take on a senior & strategic role at a major global company.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee ERP system architecture, considering organizational needs.
• Integrate ERP with other business systems for efficient data flow.
• Regularly assess and enhance ERP system performance.
• Implement security measures for the ERP system to protect data and meet industry standards.
• Work with stakeholders to adapt ERP systems to changing business requirements.
• Prepare documentation and training for ERP system users and IT staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP architecture and implementation.
• Knowledge of major ERP platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Infor.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Japanese fluency is mandatory.
