We are seeking a Senior Associate for the Equity Middle Office for our client in the Banking & Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cash Equity Sales support activities on the trading floor.
• Act as a point of contact between Sales, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Handle routine tasks like accurate trade booking and sending timely trade confirmations.
• Work with internal and external teams to solve complex issues.
• Take part in special projects such as launching new products or updating technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in Equity Cash Sales Middle Office or Equity Settlement Operations.
• Business-level ability in both Japanese and English.
• Skills in risk management and control.
• JSDA Registered Representative (Class I) certification is a plus.
