Job Description/業務内容:

• Provide legal advice on M&A, Equity, venture transactions, and further commercial projects that will help the expansion of the business.
• Advice corporate governance related matters, maintain stakeholder relationships and board members.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, provide analysis to stakeholders on the potential impact to the businessa
• Support group legal team to provide strategic legal, compliance and business advice in all functional areas.

Key Requirements/募集要項:

• Possesses a Master of Laws degree is preferred.
• Must be fluent or near native in both English and Japanese
• a strong interest in business expansion from the legal standpoint
• 6+ years experience in private practice or in-house experience
