Engineering Manager - System Development

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with a focus on system development in the automotive field.

In this leadership role, you will manage a team working on cluster meters and HMI domain controllers. You will develop next-generation models and collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, and global teams to create innovative solutions. This position involves working on groundbreaking projects and contributing to the advancement of automotive technology.

主な業務内容:

クラスターメーターおよびHMIドメインコントローラーの開発をリード
プロジェクトのライフサイクルを管理し、進捗状況とコストを追跡
JOEMと協力して仕様を精査し、スケジュールとコストの管理、問題解決を行う
外部パートナーやサプライヤーとの関係を管理
海外の開発センターや工場との調整

応募資格:

自動車システム製品開発における5年以上の経験
ビジネスレベルの英語力
制御および組み込みシステムの知識
システム製品開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメントの経験が2年以上
強力なリーダーシップとチームワークスキルを持ち、複雑なプロジェクトを管理し、部門間の協力を促進できる方
技術的な詳細を多様な利害関係者に説明する優れたコミュニケーション能力
自動車業界の急速な技術変化に適応し、対応できる能力
