They are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of ~5 engineers and drive the delivery of their next major product. You’ll focus on people, process, and execution—while partnering closely with a Tech Lead who owns architecture. This is a chance to build a high-performing team from the ground up, align engineering delivery with business and product goals and contribute hands-on when needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing engineering teams (5+ members)
- Hands-on web application development experience
- Strong ability to drive delivery and reduce ambiguity
- Proven track record aligning engineering work with business needs
- Fluency in English, Japanese is a plus
- High autonomy and ownership
- Chance to build a new product and shape team culture
