They are currently looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join the team.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Basic software development skills in any programming language
- Over 5 years of engineering experience as a software engineer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in search and recommendation domains
- Experience managing a software development team of 5 or more members for over 2 years
- Deep understanding of all components of search and recommendation systems, including modern technology stacks such as search infrastructure, ranking algorithms, and Elasticsearch
- Practical experience with machine learning and natural language processing
- Practical experience as a project manager
- Experience in the development and operation of microservices
- Practical experience with technologies such as Python, Java, SQL, gRPC, and Kubernetes
