主な業務内容
- エンジニアリング部門の全機能のリード（ランドスケープ、ガーデニング、機器、技術作業、大工仕事、持続可能性、安全および防火システムを含む）
- 高品質な製品とサービスを確保するための予防保守プログラムの実施
- 保守/エンジニアリングの実践改善の特定と実施
- 社内スタッフの管理
- 外部ベンダーの管理
応募条件
- エンジニアリングの関連経験が7年以上
- 管理経験
- ホテル/ホスピタリティでの経験（望ましい）
- 大規模プロジェクト管理の経験
