Key Responsibilities
- Develop relevant policies in collaboration with HR, Legal, and other departments.
- Advise on work-related issues.
- Support managers with performance issues; propose / recommend solutions.
- Conduct investigations as needed.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Collaborate on other organizational changes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience (eg. as HRBP).
- 4+ years of experience focused on Employee Relations specifically.
- Strong project & people management skills.
- Ability to work in globalized / multicultural environment.
