Our client, a leader in the luxury FMCG industry, is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to drive growth on a major e-commerce platform. This role offers the opportunity to lead comprehensive sales management and develop innovative promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage P&L and budget for Amazon business
- Develop and implement business strategies for sales growth
- Lead negotiations with Amazon and key stakeholders
- Oversee Amazon storefront creation and optimization
- Design and execute promotional campaigns for brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams for product and inventory planning
- Research and negotiate with potential new accounts
Qualifications:
- 4+ years as key account manager in FMCG e-commerce
- Proficiency in Amazon Vendor Central
- Native or business level Japanese and English
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
