Director of Sales, Regional Sales Office (リージョナルセールスオフィス セールスディレクター)

Join a famous and established Japanese resort hotel in Okinawa. In the role you will lead the overall sales and marketing operation to maximize hotel revenue. You'll work to drive sales and marketing to help to grow the hotel.

Tasks

• Sales to OTA and developing sales strategies
• Sales and promotional activities through Domestic and International OTA
• Digital marketing
• Marketing data analysis and proposals
• Budgeting

Qualifications

• 10 years hotel experience (ideally in international or remote location)
• Language: Japanese, English (conversational preferred)
• Experience as a general manager of one of the hotel food and beverage/accommodation/ or hotel/restaurant operations with an annual turnover of 1 billion yen per annum + per year.
