We are looking for an experienced Director of Food & Beverage for a top luxury hotel in central Tokyo. Key Responsibilities
- - Manage the entire Food & Beverage department, ensuring high-quality service across all outlets.

- - Work with the culinary team to develop menus that incorporate global trends and local flavors.
- - Organize large events like banquets and weddings to ensure they run smoothly.
- - Lead and motivate a diverse team, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.
- - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold the hotel's luxury standards.
Qualifications
- - Extensive experience in the hotel industry with a proven senior F&B leadership record.
- - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - A creative approach to improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- - Proficient in English; Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.
