Our client, a luxury international hotel in Hokkaido, is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee financial operations for two hotels. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your extensive management experience in the hospitality industry while working in a bilingual environment.

主な業務内容：

- 北海道にある2つのラグジュアリーホテルの財務管理を監督

- ホテルの収益性向上のための財務戦略を策定・実施

- 財務規制や基準の遵守を確保

- ホテル運営のための予算管理と予測を担当

- ホテルの経営陣と連携して財務パフォーマンスを最適化

応募資格：

- ホテルの財務管理の経験が10年以上

- 英語と日本語の流暢さ（必須）

- 複数のホテル施設での財務管理経験

- 財務、会計、もしくは関連分野の学位取得者

- ホスピタリティ業界の財務ソフトウェアに精通
