Overview
Working on solutions related to the selling of insurance, solutions automating and optimizing the claims process, as well more marketing related apps such as a health and wellness loyalty mobile application.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding the functionality, configuration, technical deployment and implementation of web-based software solutions in insurance
- Ensuring through client and internal workshops that the solutions remain coherent, performing and maintainable across different client installations
- Own and manage relationship with vendors
- Translate functional requirements and integration needs in well-defined user stories and detailed interface specifications and designs
- Share and explain the specifications with near-short and/or offshore development teams
- Keep organized on tools such as Confluence to ensure business continuity
- Receive, process and document feedback from stakeholders and development teams in order to continuously improve products and methods
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in managing digital/software projects in a project management, consultancy or business analyst capacity
- Around 3 years of development experience (back-end)
- Business English
- Business Japanese (Japanese interviews will be conducted)
- Strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities
- Experience with working in an international environment
- Knowledge on working with near-short or off-shore development teams
- Knowledge on working using Agile/Scrum-principles
Technical Skill (Understanding/Knowledge)
- Web service integrations (REST API's)
- Software architecture
- Applications like Postman and Swagger
- Languages like JSON, YAML, XML
Nice to have
- Insurance industry experience is preferred
- Experience with cloud architecture
- Experience with BI software (PowerBI)
- Experience with HTML/CSS, SQL, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails
