Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to create and implement digital marketing plans that meet their goals.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns via email, social media (Instagram, X, TikTok), and LINE, and evaluate their performance.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging content and manage creative projects.
- Develop influencer campaigns and affiliate marketing programs, and analyze their ROI.
- Analyze and improve user-generated content (UGC) strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase web traffic.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to track traffic, conversions, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Create KPIs, report on results, and suggest improvements to boost client success.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and clients and deliver effective presentations.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Successful track record with multi-channel strategies, including social media, email, and affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Skilled in data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
- Experience working with designers and agencies.
- Strong presentation and client interaction skills.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Experience in advertising operations (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Proficient in data analysis tools like Google Analytics 4 or Looker Studio.
- Experience with global brands or international clients.
