Join an innovative SaaS company, currently preparing for IPO, as a Production Support Engineer with expertise in cloud services. As a key member of the Production Support team, you will primarily handle technical inquiries from internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and contributing to a deeper understanding of the technology.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Provide timely and detailed responses to technical inquiries from Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Offer problem-solving solutions based on technical insights.
Communication:
- Collaborate closely with the development team to provide internal teams with updates on technical progress and product updates.
- Understand technical needs through seamless communication within the internal team and provide feedback loops to the development team.
Qualifications (Required):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer.
- Skills and foundational knowledge in cloud services.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Work experience or foundational knowledge in the advertising industry.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Growth experience in a startup environment.
