Job Description:

Join an innovative SaaS company, currently preparing for IPO, as a Production Support Engineer with expertise in cloud services. As a key member of the Production Support team, you will primarily handle technical inquiries from internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and contributing to a deeper understanding of the technology.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

  • Provide timely and detailed responses to technical inquiries from Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Offer problem-solving solutions based on technical insights.

Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to provide internal teams with updates on technical progress and product updates.
  • Understand technical needs through seamless communication within the internal team and provide feedback loops to the development team.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer.
  • Skills and foundational knowledge in cloud services.

Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Work experience or foundational knowledge in the advertising industry.
  • Business-level proficiency in English.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Growth experience in a startup environment.
