クライアントは、データセンタープロジェクトのリーダーとして知られる企業で、東京を拠点とする設計チームのリードを募集しています。このポジションでは、日本国内のデータセンターの設計とエンジニアリングを牽引し、高品質で持続可能なソリューションを提供する機会が得られます。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容:

- Lead architectural and structural design for data center projects
- Oversee conceptual design and technical reviews
- Ensure compliance with project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for sustainable solutions
- Manage Japan design team and third-party designers
- Support procurement and project management teams
- Review engineering reports and analyze performance metrics
- Conduct design studies to meet customer requirements
- Recruit and manage local design firms for concept and schematic design
- Provide commissioning support during project handover
- Interface with stakeholders for seamless system integration

Qualifications / 資格要件:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- 7–10 years of experience in data center design and construction
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration strongly preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and industry-standard design software
- Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure systems within data centers
- Understanding of Japanese building codes and permitting
- Experience with LEED and Uptime Institute certifications is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English
