Our client is a global FinTech firm that provide B2B and B2C services.
Responsibilities
- Multi-year account planning and relantionship management
- Develop and execute account strategy plans are robust and tested
- Identify and measure growth, expansion, and to meeting the revenue targets
- Lead generation through cross-selling and up-selling
- Communicating with different stakeholders (tech, seniors, and clients)
- Achieve defined metrics including but not limited to, backlog growth, annual revenue and
customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Mandatory
- Fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written; does not need to use translation tools)
- Currently residing in Japan
- Has experience in customer facing roles
- Experience with recurring revenue business models, commercial and contractual termbased
software license agreements, account planning and management process and
payments as applicable to banking, commercial and/or financial intermediaries - Has a solution sales mindset, creative, open-minded and flexible
- Able to deal with clients and provide value added proposition
Preferred
- Experience in payments or payments related field with strong knowledge of payments
ecosystems - Experience working with clients in commercial banking, retail
banking, consumer finance, insurance, healthcare, higher education and/or government
