Job Description:


Our client is a prestigious global luxury brand who seeking an experienced CRM Digital Project Manager with a strong IT background and fluency in both Japanese and English. This role is crucial for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of the CRM systems in Japan and work with global team, driving technological innovations that enhance customer engagement and streamline business operations.


  • Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle management of CRM digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
  • System Deployment: Lead the design, development, and rollout of CRM solutions, including system integrations and data migrations.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in CRM technologies, ensuring best practices are followed in system architecture and development.
  • Data Management: Ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of CRM data.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to gather requirements and ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with CRM vendors and service providers, ensuring effective delivery of technology solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of CRM systems and tools.


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital project management with a focus on CRM systems, preferably within the luxury brand sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics,).
    • Strong understanding of system integration, data management, and database design.
    • Experience with programming languages and frameworks relevant to CRM development
  • Project Management:
    • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
    • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluency in Japanese and English.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
