• - Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts
• - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• - Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contracts
• - Collaborate with internal stakeholders for contract alignment
• - Manage the entire contract lifecycle
• - Provide legal advice on digital and privacy agreements
• - Represent company in negotiations with external parties

• - Law degree (JD) from an accredited law school
• - 2+ years’ experience with commercial contracts
• - Knowledge of HIPAA, data security, and privacy regulations
• - Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• - Experience in the medical device industry is preferred but not mandatory
• - Familiarity with contract lifecycle management software is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with cross-functional collaboration is preferred but not mandatory
