Location: Tokyo, Japan

Our client are a leading brand in sports / fashion, searching for a C&B Manager for their Tokyo office.

This role is an opportunity to take on a key role in the Japanese office, and deal directly with global HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's total rewards programs and ensure they align with market benchmarks.
• Ensure the company's benefits and compensation policies adhere to local labor laws.
• Design and roll out a retail incentive plan in 2023.
• Conduct training sessions on the company's compensation and benefits policies.
• Produce HR reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Oversee employee safety protocols and conduct regular health and safety checks.
• Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team to align practices.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with 3 years in leadership roles.
• Familiarity with global compensation strategies.
• Experience in the retail sector.
• Multinational company experience (preferred).
• Previous HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience (preferred).
• Japanese language fluency.
