Our client in the sporting retail sector is seeking a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager. The individual will manage total rewards programs and ensure compliance with business and legal standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee total rewards programs.
• Conduct annual market compensation surveys.
• Ensure compensation and benefits policies align with local labor laws.
• Develop employee incentive programs.
• Provide advice on compensation and benefits issues.
• Facilitate training on C&B policies.
• Generate HR analytics for decision-making.
• Implement employee health and safety programs as per local laws.
• Collaborate with Global HQ.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Five years in C&B/payroll roles.
• Three years in C&B program management.
• Experience in retail and multinational organizations (preferred).
• HRBP experience is preferred.
