We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer with fundraising experience for a well-established Fintech company.

The selected candidate will focus on strategic financial activities including domestic and international fundraising, preparing for NASDAQ listing, and managing comprehensive accounting and audit functions.

This is an opportunity to take a major leadership role in a fast-growing company at a pivotal point in their development.

主な業務内容：

• 国内外での資金調達戦略の立案と実行
• NASDAQ上場に向けた事前準備
• ビジネスプランの作成とピッチ資料の整備
• 会計および監査業務の全体管理、証券会社との調整
• IPOに向けた財務部門の創設と運営

応募要件：

• 資金調達の経験、特にスタートアップ環境での経験が望ましい
• ビジネスレベルの英語力と日本語能力試験N1レベルの語学力
• フィンテックまたはeコマース業界での業務経験
• 外資系投資銀行での経験は優遇
