• Planning & management of campus recruiting
• Build and manage strategic relationships with universities
• Define and execute summer internship + graduate programs
• Work with Asia and global campus team counterparts
• Become a career advisor to students across all disciplines

Requirements:

• Background in Campus Talent Acqusition
• Independent contributor
• Comfortable with public speaking, running events and info sessions
• Understand Employer branding
• Japanese Native/Fluent + English High Business/Fluent

Must have permission to work in Japan
